Job Overview
We are seeking a charismatic and highly organized HR Associate to support our team in building a welcoming and efficient workplace. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new employees, help maintain HR records, assist with scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Onboarding: Greet and welcome new hires, assist with orientation, and ensure they have all necessary resources to start their roles.
- HR & Training Records Management: Maintain organized employee files, training records, and documentation.
- Scheduling Assistance: Support with coordinating interviews, training sessions, and meetings.
- Employee Support: Assist staff with HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on policies.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle basic paperwork, assist with payroll documentation, and ensure compliance with company HR procedures.
- Culture & Engagement: Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- A people person with strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience in customer service, administration, or HR is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
